Booking & Tickets
  • Can I book for a large group?

    You can book for a maximum of 8 persons through our website. Please contact us if your group is larger than 8 persons.

  • How and when can I reach EDMBOOKING?

    You can reach us 24/7 via telephone and WhatsApp on +31 6 52 382 382, or you can send us an e-mail to hello@edmbooking.com and we will reply within a day.

  • Is it possible to book for someone else?

    Yes, you can. Your credit card details do not have to match with the personal details of the booking.

  • I lost my ticket(s) and/or booking confirmation.

    Contact EDMBOOKING.

  • Where can I find my booking code

    You can find your booking code in your confirmation email.

  • When will I receive my ticket(s) and/or booking confirmation?

    You will receive a confirmation email straight after you have completed your booking. It might take 10-15 minutes to receive this email. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t found a confirmation email.

    Your ticket(s) are included in the confirmation mail (download link to PDF tickets) or will be sent at a later moment. This is dependent on the festival/event. You can expect these ticket(s) to arrive in your inbox at least two weeks prior to the event. Check your confirmation mail for more information regarding your ticket(s).

  • Where can I view my ticket(s) and/or booking confirmation?

    Visit www.edmbooking.com/login and log in with your e-mail and booking code to view your booking.

  • Is it safe to book with EDMBOOKING?

    EDMBOOKING is the official travel agency for some of the largest dance events around the globe. Your booking is 100% safe, your payment 100% secure and we guarantee that you will receive your ticket and hotel booking in time for your event. Hotel
  • What do I need for check-in at the hotel?

    Please make sure to bring your confirmation email and valid passport or ID card. In some cases, you may be asked for a credit card.

  • Do I need a credit card to check-in at the hotel?

    It is possible that some hotels require a credit card for the use of additional services in the hotel, such as a dinner or minibar consumptions etc. We kindly refer you to check the hotel policy for this information.

  • Can I book early check-in / late check-out?

    Some of our packages contain late check-out or we offer late check-out as an optional extra.
    Early check-in and late checkout are often available. Please ask at the hotel reception when you arrive.

Transfer
  • What is the difference between shared and private transfer?
    • Private transfer is a private car with driver and space for up to 4 people. You choose your pickup times.

    • Shared transfer is a large touring bus with seats for max. 54 people. The bus runs on a fixed time schedule. So make sure you are ready at the agreed location on time.
  • Where can I find my shared/private transfer information?

    Our team will contact you 2 weeks prior to the event with more information such as pick-up times, location etc.

Payment
  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We offer a range of payment methods:

    • MasterCard
    • Visa
    • PayPal
    • Sofort Ueberweisung (Only available in Germany)
    • iDeal (Only available in the Netherlands)

  • Is it possible to pay for someone else?

    Yes, you can. Your credit card details do not have to match with the personal details of the booking.

  • I have trouble finishing the payment process.

    First make sure there is enough money in your account. If you still have trouble paying, you should first hit the back button and try repeating what you were doing or try another payment method. If you get an error again, then you can contact EDMBOOKING.

    There are several reasons why your credit card payment may not have been accepted:

    • Type of card: Please make sure your card is either Visa or MasterCard 
    • 3-D Security Code: You must have an activated 3-D Secure Code (verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) in order to use your credit card. Please contact your bank to confirm whether your card has been authorized for 3-D Secure Authentication.
    • Card validity and limit: your card may have expired or your payment has exceeded the card limit on your credit card.
    • Fraud security: Your bank might block the transaction due to an exceptionally high amount. Please contact your bank to confirm your transaction

Changes & Cancellations
  • Can I cancel my booking?

    When you have completed your booking and paid, the booking is binding. You can always resell your package. Once your package is sold, you can contact EDMBOOKING with the name and email of the new buyer.

  • Can I change tickets, accommodation, dates?
    • Ticket & Hotel: It is not possible to change accommodation or stay dates.
    • Full package: Possibility to change is dependent on the event/festival. 
    • Camping: Possibility to change is dependent on the event/festival.

  • Can I add nights or guests?

    We can often arrange this, but this depends on the festival and availability of accommodation. Contact EDMBOOKING.

  • I want to change my personal info or guest info.

    Please send an email to hello@edmbooking.com and we will change your information as soon as possible.
